Pricing

$525/hr

I typically charge $525/hour. But do my best to give a discount to early stage companies and small business owners with < $500K in revenue. On the flip side, I sometimes ask that larger companies with healthy revenue or financing pay more. Lawyers are too expensive in general - I try to strike the right balance and work with as many clients as possible. With less overhead, I can charge less than larger firms while also accounting for my background & years of experience.

$2K+ for Contracts

I charge a flat rate for some contract drafting and review, depending on the details. It can vary some but this would cover standard employment & independent contractor agreements, straightforward customer agreements, most partnership agreements, and most founder agreements.

$1,450 +fees CA LLC

$2,500 +fees CA Corp

I charge $1,450 + fees for most CA LLC filings. This includes state paperwork (Articles of Organization, Statement of Information), Operating Agreement, and advising on how best to set up your LLC. Filing fees are typically about $100. So $1,550 total for most CA LLCs.

I charge $2,500 + fees for most CA incorporations. This includes state paperwork (Articles of Incorporation, Statement of Information), Bylaws, and advising on how best to set up your C or S Corp. Filing fees are typically about $125. So $2,625 total for most CA incorporations. $2,750 for Delaware incorporations.

There are plenty of DIY options for LLC filings and incorporating. But some of my clients like hiring me to advise them on the best structure, answer questions, and customize everything based on their situation.
